I bought iFunia about two months ago to rip maybe 20-30 of my favorite DVDs. It worked well for that. It handled most of my discs without issue instead of two DVDs that were captured in 80’s. I can understand that not all the DVDs can be ripped successfully.

As a marketing assistant, I often receive videos from clients in all sorts of formats—AVI, MKV, WMV. iFunia handles them all and allows me to batch convert to MP4, which is our company’s standard format. The interface is clean and intuitive. My only minor complaint is that I wish subtitle editing was more advanced, but for conversion alone, it’s excellent.

I had a set of home DVDs and needed to transfer it to a USB drive since many computers don't include a DVD drive any more. I transferred the DVDs from the oldest one, now it has been transferred 10 DVDs and all is fine.

I have some movies on DVD that are not available for purchase as TV-ready digital files. iFunia converted those DVDs to a format which is suitable for my TV, and now I can view those movies on my TV with digital files. Awesome!

I purchased the lifetime license for one Mac in late June, and it was working fine. Today I was trying to download videos again as normal, it shows an error on my Mac. After contacting Cisdem support team, it turned out to be my network issue, hope it helps for the users who may meet the same issue in the future.
