Method 1: Download Videos from YouTube Playlist Using YouTube Download Software

As for how to download all videos from YouTube playlist on Mac more efficiently, I believe there are some easier ways. Soon I start looking for a free Mac application that can help me with downloading multiple YouTube videos, and that’s when I learn about iFunia Free YouTube Downloader for Mac, a free and versatile batch YouTube video downloader.
Here are the complete steps involved to download an entire YouTube video playlist:
1. To download all videos from YouTube playlist, the first thing to do is to install the app on your Mac. Download iFunia YouTube Downloader Mac and install it.
2. Go to YouTube and find the video playlist that you want to download. Just Drag and drop the video urls to add it to the download queue, and then switch to next YouTube video to download again. You could add up to 20 YouTube videos in the playlist at the same time. The YouTube videos will start downloading automatically after you add the video URLs.
For Windows users, iTube Studio can be used. To get started, you need to download and install the software on your computer.
1. After you install this software application, go to YouTube and search for the playlist that you’d like to download. Copy the playlist’s URL and click the Paste URL button. The URL will be automatically pasted. It will take a while for the software to analyze the URL.
2. There will be a list of available formats and video qualities. Just choose what you need and click the Download button. On the software’s main interface, there is a Downloaded button. If you want to view the downloaded files, just click the button.
Method 2: Download All Videos from a YouTube Playlist with BYTubeD Firefox Extension
Firefox browser has an extension known as BYTubeD, which can help you to download all videos from YouTube playlist with a click. It can be used to batch download all or selected YouTube videos on any page which has some links to YouTube videos.
After installation and restarting your Firefox, you can see a BYTubeD link in the Tools menu, just as the following image:
Click the BYTubeD link on the page of a YouTube playlist, then you will see a pop-up window, such as the following:
The window will list all the videos in the current YouTube playlist. You can select the videos you want to download, choose the video format (MP4 or FLV) and quality, then you can generate the video links and download them with your download manager, or enqueue the videos into the default Donwloads window. And you can also save the videos to any place you like.
But there isn’t a “Select All” button, you need to press the “Control+A” keys to select all the playlist videos. And you can’t download those videos which are restricted from playback on YouTube:
For those videos in the Failed Requests list, you can use YouTube Downloader software mentioned in method 2 to download playlist from YouTube.
The above mentioned methods to download all videos from YouTube playlist are popular due to ease of use and easy availability. The next time you find a great playlist, you can use these tools to download the whole playlist of videos and save them on your Mac, PC or mobile devices.
