  1. mccain says:

If a viewer can watch the BBC streams using iPlayer (or some alternative), they’ll almost certainly do that, rather than put up with NBC’s time delays.

  2. Matt Brian says:

I’m quite relieved that NBC is partnering up with YouTube for the Olympics. Just a few years ago they were killing videos of Olympic footage they didn’t even have the rights to!

  3. Antillean says:

But that includes only a few million residents and tourists, so perhaps the IOC can afford to not care about us.

  4. Emperius says:

    It’s a good post.

  5. Denis says:

It’s a great achievement for youtube.

  6. T.Vu says:

Wohoo. Waited for 4 years for this. Betting online. Hope Men USA soccer is super underdog. Betting the whole summer.

  7. Godzik says:

“The bad news is that if you’re not a cable subscriber, many of those hours will not be available to you, and even if you are, you’re looking at a (likely convoluted) authentication sign-in process. ” Why? NBC is an over-the-air channel…

  8. kevin says:
